Customized to your needs
Our door systems are easy to customize and adapt to all vehicle and flatbed sizes. Our systems are based on 25, 30 and 40 mm wide door profiles, as well as edge, top and bottom profiles with high strength and quality. The system's design also enables and simplifies future adaptations and repairs.
With vertical posts and built-in lock and hinge functions, you get smooth and easy handling.

25 mm door system
Our lightest hatch system is 25 mm wide and is offered with a wide range of different top, build and bottom profiles that provide unique flexibility for the user.
We categorize our 25 mm door system into two variants:
- Limb profiles without reinforced backside (LTP)
- Limb profiles with reinforced backside (Combi / gravel reinforced limbs)
Tip limb system
Our tipping limb system is intended for heavier use than our LTP and Combi limbs, with the main difference being the width of the profiles. Tipping limbs are made up of 30 and 40 mm thick profiles, making it better suited for heavier mass transportation.
In addition, components such as locking posts, hinges and fasteners are of a more robust design.

Folding door system
Our folding door system is a proprietary hinge-based system based on Kinnegrip's K20 system, which allows folding of the door leaves without the need to remove the posts. This system allows sideways loading of the vehicle.
HT chinstrap
The system is available in heights from 1100 - 2200 mm, with door leaves that can be individually adapted to each superstructure so that the division is optimal and the attachment does not interfere with wheel arches or other mounted details.
Specifications:
- The system is delivered as 2+2, 2+3 or 3+3, depending on needs
- Supplied either as a kit or finished product
- Standard K20 post mounts are used
